Capacity building and training
We offer a range of training products and bespoke training for organisations across different sectors who support or want to support disabled people and carers to learn.
Training for staff
We have experience of delivering staff training to literacy partnerships, colleges, voluntary organisations and local authority projects. Contact us to find out how we can support you to meet your targets, reflect on your practice and procedures and involve disabled people.
Download our training leaflet for a sample of some of our training products. We are also currently exploring SQA endorsement for our portfolio of training. If your project has a literacies focus, perhaps you'll be interested in our Literacies with Care work.
Talk to us about the learning needs that you have identified within your organisation. We can offer bespoke training which is tailored to your needs.
Training for volunteers
Browse our current volunteer training opportunities. Could your volunteers benefit from these training opportunities or from bespoke training?
Disabled people are underrepresented in volunteering (only 6% are involved according to SCOPE research). Around 30% of our volunteers are disabled people. We can support you to offer accessible volunteer placements and become a more diverse organisation.
