Lead Meeting the Challenge for 2009 to 2012
Stakeholder Events
Over 100 stakeholders (excluding staff) have already contributed ideas towards Lead's strategic plan. In May 2008 Lead held 4 events in Aberdeen, Kirkcaldy, Inverness and Glasgow. Learners, volunteers and external partners were represented bringing many different perspectives.

We created an online survey for stakeholders with 4 questions for people who were not able to attend the events in person until November 2008.
9 part-time Learning Co-ordinators and 180 volunteers supported 500 learners last year. We look forward to continuing to develop and progress with your support.
