Accredited Learning Opportunities (SQA Cyber Courses)

Our accredited learning courses offer the change to gain a formal qualification in Cyber and/or Online Safety. They could be you first step into formal cyber learning, or simply a way for you grow your confidence online.

Anyone can register: the general public; volunteers; paid employees and more. We’ll work with you to make sure that any accessibility requirements are met and to ensure that you can schedule the weekly sessions around your life.

 

SCQF Level 4 – Cyber Security Fundamentals and Internet Safety We offer a joint award in Cyber Security Fundamentals and Internet Safety and SCQF Level 4. This course is free, thanks to funding from the Scottish Government. This course runs over 12 weeks, and covers everything you need to know about staying safe online. It involves an hour a week of online teaching, and up to 30 minutes of independent learning. This course is suitable for most people, it’s not a technical course but needs a little bit of online knowledge. If you would like to find out more, register your interest with our cyber team.
