Our volunteers
Our volunteers are fantastic. Each year learners and carers in Scotland gain qualifications, learn news skills and are able to make positive changes in their lives due to the dedication of our amazing volunteers.
Support
We have a password protected area with policies, paperwork, handbooks and resources for our volunteers. To get access, please contact your project coordinator.
Training
We provide basic training at the beginning of a volunteers time with us and further training is available from Lead Scotland and our external partners such as:

- Adult Achievement Awards
- Boundaries

Fundraising

Surveys
Each year we survey our volunteers to ensure we are doing our best for our volunteers, this survey is advertised though our social media channels and will be sent to your directly. We also survey our volunteers when they move on from Lead Scotland and if you are a volunteer who is leaving us please take a few minutes to give us your views in our volunteer leaving survey. These two surveys allow Lead Scotland to make positive changes and give our volunteers the best experience possible.
